Here is the list of rules and regulations that you need to read and obey by.
Obey any instructions from staff members without questions.
The areas of Britain, the Britain Mining Area, and the Guardzone Deeded Housing Area are NON-PK Areas. Any player caught attacking another player will be punished. Punishments include jail time, and for repeated offenders possible suspension or cancellation of your account. Exceptions to this are:
Duels with no looting in which all sides are willing participants.
Defending yourself. If you are attacked by someone in a non-PK zone, you MAY freely defend yourself. However, be able to prove that it was the other who initiated the attack.
Attacking players who are macroing is not only illegal, but dishonorable. Please do NOT engage in this activity.
Rule about fresh rez killing. Do not attempt to kill or guard kill a newly rezzed player. You'll know if they are a fresh rez cause they'll still have a pale white skin color, rez robe, and very low hit points. Rez kill is very disrespectful, you wouldn't want someone doing it to you so don't do it to them. If you are caught in the act of rez killing, there will be a minimum jail time of 24 hours.
There is to be no looting of bodies in a non-PK zone. Exceptions: You are attacked and succeed in defeating the "would-be" PK'er.
Additionally, a friend taking belongings FOR THE PURPOSE of returning them to the killed player is NOT considered looting. Do not attempt to loot a body that has been guard killed, unless the attacker tried to PK you.House looting is VERY ILLEGAL. Do not attempt to break into or loot anyone's house. Punishment will be severe for this offense.
Exploiting bugs for purposes of skill or stat raise, looting houses, or raising money will have a negative side-effect. Sometimes it might lower a random stat(s) and/or skill(s) or cause us to lower the stat(s), and/or skill(s) that you used the bug to raise. Note: This includes the chair/table stacking bug to get into towers!!
As members of this shard, you are expected to report all bugs encountered to staff so that we may attempt to correct them and improve your experience.- >
Killing in houses is also strictly prohibited. Anyone caught or reported to have killed in a house will be jailed and The belongings of the offender shall go to the victim
There is now a limit of two (2) houses per account (NOT character). Any houses found to be in excess of this limit will be removed, along with items contained within. If a player has repeated problems with this, further action will be taken.
